3 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cornstarch
1 1/2 cups salted butter
3/4 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp vanilla
guittard chocolate chips
nestle semi sweet chocolate chips
nestle mini chocolate chips

pre-heat oven to 375
add dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt, and cornstarch) to a bowl, whisk well
cut butter into slices, mix on medium with both sugars until creamy and smooth
add vanilla & eggs to the sugar & butter, BARELY mix
slowly add in dry ingredients until dough is fully mixed
add chocolate chips whatever way you prefer
grab palm sized chunks of dough, do not roll or flatten- leave air pockets and rough shape for texture
bake for 10 - 12 ish minutes
move to cooling rack 1 minute after removing from oven
